- Open SkriptEditor.app from /MacintoshHD/Applications/AppleScript/
- copy/paste the code from the blog to the Editor.
- Choose File-menu: "save as", locate /MacintoshHD/Users/Username/Library/Scripts/ and save the file there.
- Of course you can save it to a different location as well. Espacially if you save it as an application.
Save an AppleScript as an application
- Open SkriptEditor.app from /MacintoshHD/Applications/AppleScript/
- copy/paste the code from the blog to the Editor.
- Choose File-menu: "save as", from drop down menu "File Format" choose "Application"

- For Snow Leopard: Open AppleScript editor, choose menu AS Editor:preferences and select "show script menu in menu bar"
- For Leopard: Open the AppleScript-Utility from /Applications/AppleScript/AppleScript-Utility and select "show script menu in menu bar"
Run script from script menu in menu bar
- Simply go to the scriptmenu on the top right and choose the script you like
Save AppleScript as Service and assign keyboard shortcut
- Open Automator.app
- Choose "Service"
- Enter "AppleScript" in the search box on the left
- Drag "Run AppleScript" to the workflow on the right
- Copy/paste code from the website and save
